Store Policies

Booth & Shelf Terms

• Booths require a 3-month minimum lease.
• Rent is $150/mo for an 8×8 booth or $50/mo for a shelf.
• A $50 refundable deposit is required at signing.
• The Marketplace charges a 12% commission on all sales.
• All items must be tagged with a barcode and follow Marketplace pricing rules.

Store Hours & Access

Both locations are open Monday–Saturday, 11am–6pm, and closed Sundays. Vendors may access their space during posted store hours unless other arrangements are made with staff.

Payments & Payouts

All sales are processed through our point-of-sale system. Vendor payouts are handled according to the schedule outlined in your vendor agreement.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items purchased in-store.
